The Arbutus Collective is pleased to announce that we will be running a Body Positive Yoga series for those whose live’s have been touched by eating disorders.

The class will be led by Claire Phelan, Yoga Teacher, who will ensure the space is safe and inclusionary for all those who attend.

This power yoga based yoga practice is book-ended by discussion about self-care, self-limiting beliefs, grounding, empowerment and support. The body-positive class is open for all levels and anyone wishing to experience challenge, empowerment or strength building on their mat.

Please bring water, a yoga mat (towel optional) and blocks or straps if you have them, and dress appropriately to ensure those around you feel comfortable in the environment.
